3. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: We offer a free plan with limited features. This plan may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Pro Plan: Our paid subscription plan is billed monthly at the rate displayed at signup. Key terms:

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly starting immediately
• You can cancel anytime from your dashboard
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month
• All payments are non-refundable
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SSA Technologies LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SSA TECHNOLOGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SSA Technologies LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SSA Technologies LLC regarding the Service.
